With a steadily growing fan base on Tik-Tok and Instagram. buzzing Brooklyn-based musician PERRIS unveils the music video for his debut single “TRAUMA” today directed by ZeltheGoat.

After experiencing a traumatic summer of protesting, arrests, cancel culture, and police brutality, Perris is using his voice to speak out against systemic racism in the United States via his online platforms.

Notably, Perris was able to fundraise more than half of the costs for video production through his massive and loyal social media following. All profits from streaming services and video views of “TRAUMA” will be donated to Children of Promise - an organization whose mission is to uplift children with incarcerated parents and a personal cause Perris is all too familiar with as this song is also dedicated to the memory of his father, who was wrongfully imprisoned for a period of Perris’ childhood.
